Outlook Pop-up: A program is trying to access your email...

Scenario:  

A user is trying to email from VohCom and you may get the following error from Microsoft Outlook as below. 

Solution:  

1. Run Outlook as Administrator  

2. Go to File > Options. 

3. Select Trust Center from the left-hand menu. 

4. Click on Trust Center Settings. 

5. Go to Programmatic Access. 

6. Choose the following options: 

Never warn me about suspicious activity (Not recommended for high-security environments). 

Note: The availability of these options may depend on your Outlook version and whether it is managed by your organization's IT policies.
