OUTLOOK SAFE LINKS REWRITING VSHARE URLS
Scenario:
When a user attempts to save a vShare link, there is either no response or an error. From the email the vShare link will look similar to the screenshot below.
The usual vShare URLs are being rewritten by Outlook Safe Links, causing issues with accessing the intended content. This issue requires modification by your IT team. Below are steps you can take immediately and instructions for IT to resolve this permanently.
Solution:
Immediate Solution for Users:
Decode the Safe Link URL:
Copy the entire Safe Link URL from the email.
Visit https://www.o365atp.com/ and paste the link to decode it.
It should look similar to the image below
Replace the Link in Outlook:
After decoding, copy the corrected link.
Open the vShare email in Outlook and replace the rewritten link with the decoded one.
You can then try using the macro as usual.

Whitelist the following:
Email address: vshare@rodus.com
Domains:
vsb.vohcom.com
vs.vohcom.com
Add Exception Rules:
Ensure the following URLs are added as exceptions:
