Printer Error Code -30 or -41

Error: Printer not activated

Prerequisites:

• Not necessary but preferably do this with a user account that has administrator rights.

• If you happen to do the steps below with a non-administrator user account and the printer error doesn’t go away, try again with an administrator user account.

Solution:

1. Navigate to Control Panel > Devices and Printers

2. Remove the current VohCom SI Printer

Right-click VohCom SI > Remove Device

3. Reinstall the VohCom Printer

Navigate to this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\VohCom Software\VohCom\PDFDriver

Right-click InstallPDF > Run as an administrator

A dark blank screen will pop up for a few seconds then disappear.

4. Test the VohCom SI Printer

Login to VohCom > File > Print

Select VohCom SI from your printer options > Click Print

A PDF should pop up or no error code.
