Scenario:
A user from a single workstation gets an error message below when they login to VohCom when they try and open it. When logged as sysadmin on the same workstation, no error occurs.
Solution:
1. User must have permission on folder 'V:\Vohcom\Vocom\Queue\Alert'
2. From the IT side, if it displays all Active Directory users have access to the path and all its
subfolders, and it's still not working, try the following:
Try to add permission for everyone, full control. And try Vohcom Page again.
3. Have your IT modify these settings according to folder access and should problems still continue,
email support@vohcom.com.
