VohCom Client Update

UPDATE VOHCOM CLIENT TO LATEST VERSION 

Use these instructions for any of the following scenarios: 

• Update the VohCom Application on your workstation. 
• Update the VohCom Application on terminal servers (if you are using more than 1 remote server). 
• Update the VohCom Application only, on the database server, after the vohcomr1 database update is complete. 

Prerequisite: the vohcomr1 database must be updated first on the database server. Wait for this to be confirmed before proceeding with the steps below. 

Procedure: If Option A is unresponsive, use Option B to update. 

Option A 

To update the VohCom Application, simply double-click the VohCom Page shortcut on your desktop (or try to open VohCom), it should automatically download the update that matches your newly updated database.  

This window will appear, and new files will be downloaded [approx. 2-5 minutes]  

When the download is complete, this message will appear > click OK 

If prompted, click YES to allow wyUpdate.exe to run 

The installer will quickly continue and complete, then the VohCom window will open. This will suggest the update has succeeded. 

Option B 

Navigate to this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\VohCom Software\VohCom (quick shortcut to get there: right-click the vohcom icon on your Desktop > click ‘Open File Location’) 

Locate wyUpdate > right-click and Run as administrator.
